Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item in your order is damaged or otherwise defective upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged item and email them along with your name, order number, and brief description of the damage to returns@previewsinteriors.com to arrange for a replacement.

Other Returns

If an item in your Previews Interiors order is not what you were expecting, or you need to return an item for another reason, we will be happy to assist you in returning your item for a refund.

  • The return process must be started within 15 days of the delivery date. Delivery date will be the date that the item is marked as “Delivered” by the package carrier.
  • Customized items are not returnable.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as on arrival.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns Process

  • Email returns@previewsinteriors.com. Include your order number, which item(s) you are returning, and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item(s).
  • We will provide you with a shipping address. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
  • Please package the item(s) carefully in the original packaging. Include either:
    • A printout of your return email, or
    • A piece of paper containing your name, email address, and order number.
  • Ship the item back to Previews Interiors at the address provided in the email. Please use a shipping method that allows package tracking.
  • Within 7-10 days of our receipt of your item(s), the full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.
